Volunteer with us! Camp Rover Conference 2024

We’re so excited to be announcing our volunteer opportunities for Camp Rover Conference 2024!

There are many opportunities and ways to get involved. Here’s what we’re currently looking for:

• Day before set up (tables, florals, decor, craft areas, to name a few details)

• Day of (early morning) set up

• Day of Camp Counsellors (aka, greeters, guest connecter, activity/craft station prep and hosting)

• Roamers (tidy, help guests as needed, reset spaces, etc)

• Speaker support

• Vendor & Sponsor support

• Sample hosts (must have Safe Serve)

• Art installs (think photo op, art walls, etc)

• Centrepiece art (It could be pottery, sculptures, live plants, etc. Note: These do not need to be things we retain. We’re happy for you to take them with you at the end of the event)

• Social media content creation

• Event ambassadors (you’ll get a promo code to share too!)

Our volunteers in return will receive:

• Early access on the conference day

• A complimentary Camp Rover Conference ticket

• Social Media recognition

• Blog post spotlight (i.e. if you have a business we want to show you off!)
