Think of a Planner for a wedding or event like a director for a movie. Both work on bringing a vision to life, juggling lots of different parts, leading a team, and making sure everything runs smoothly to create an experience that wows the audience or attendees.
What is your why? - Why do you create? What do you love about creating?
Being creative brings me joy! The process of bringing ideas to life from scratch is truly incredible. Engaging my creative side is vital. It keeps me inspired and my fills my cup.
How did you get started?While working as an accountant during the day, my previous job allowed me to tap into my creative side by engaging with the social community and coordinating events for over 1,500 attendees. Right from the start, I was completely captivated by this experience. It was during this time that I met Amanda, who needed some assistance, and since then, I've wholeheartedly embraced this immensely fulfilling path.
If you could give your 16-year-old self some advice what would it be?
Try everything!
Do you still get scared in your biz?
Absolutely, having some fear in your business is a good sign; it indicates opportunities for growth and progress.
What is the one tech support you couldn't live without?
Reminders, Google Maps, and more reminders. Did I mention setting reminders?
What is one management support you can't live without?
My calendar. I live and breath through my calendar.
How do you feed your creativity?
I'm all about crafts. When I imagine something, I just can't resist the urge to make it a reality. I love bringing my thoughts to life!
