Friend of The Camp: Get to know Caurel

Tell us a little bit about yourself!

Oh, where do I even begin?

I’m a wild-hearted explorer of life and a seeker of truth. I don’t just walk through life—I dance, leap, and sometimes bulldoze my way through it, rewriting the rules as I go.

True to my Life Path 5, curiosity fuels me. Freedom defines me. Impact drives me. I was born to break moulds and ignite change. I thrive in the unknown, finding magic in reinvention and power in life’s twists and turns.

This relentless passion for transformation led me to become a Hypnotherapist and Mentor. I help you break free from the patterns that keep you stuck, rewrite the subconscious stories holding you back, and step into the fullest, boldest version of yourself—all while living a life of integrity and joy.

Because transformation isn’t just about change. It’s about coming home to yourself.

What is your why? - Why do you do what you do? What do you love about being a Hypnotherapist and Mentor?

I do this work because I know what it feels like to be trapped in old patterns, carrying the weight of stories that were never truly mine. I know what it’s like to crave freedom—to want more, to be more—but feel held back by something unseen and unspoken.

I became a Hypnotherapist and Mentor because transformation is my lifeblood. I don’t believe in settling. I believe in breaking free. In rewriting narratives. In reclaiming joy.

What I love most about what I do? Watching the shift happen—the moment when someone realizes they’re no longer bound by their past. When the weight lifts. When they see themselves, maybe for the first time, as whole, powerful, and limitless.

But beyond that, all I do is a heartfelt tribute to the women in my lineage. It’s a recognition of the battles they’ve fought, the pain they’ve endured, and the enduring strength they carried. I honor their legacy by focusing on healing, connection, and collaboration—bringing balance and safety to the lives of future generations.

This isn’t just work for me. It’s my purpose. My mission. My why.

Because everyone could do with a life of integrity, joy, and unapologetic freedom. And I’m here to help make that happen, if you so choose.

How did you get started?

My journey into transformation wasn’t a straight path—it was full of ups and downs. I was constantly seeking, questioning, and pushing boundaries, but it wasn’t until I faced my own struggles—frustration, resentment, and feeling stuck—that I realized the power of deep inner work.

After exploring many healing modalities, nothing created lasting change until I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy in 2020. That was my aha moment. I realized I wasn’t just meant to heal—I was meant to help others do the same.

Two years into my business, I realized something was still missing. I began asking: What’s the deeper purpose behind these experiences? That’s when I turned to Numerology. Now, I’ve developed a formula for not just healing, but for navigating life with alignment, intention, and action—leading to lasting transformation, clarity, and fulfillment.

If you could give your 16-year-old self some advice what would it be?

Trust your instincts. You’re stronger, wiser, and more capable than you realize. Life will throw a lot of challenges your way, but each one is an opportunity to learn and grow. Don’t rush through the hard parts—embrace them, because they shape you into who you're meant to be.

You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. Follow what excites you, explore your curiosities, and don't be afraid to make mistakes. Every step, no matter how small, moves you forward.

And most importantly, remember that you’re worthy of all the love, success, and joy you dream of. You don’t have to earn it, and you don’t have to prove anything to anyone. Trust in your journey and let go of the need for approval—your path will unfold exactly as it should.

Do you still get scared in your biz?

Absolutely! The fear doesn’t go away—it just moves to a different spot, like a bad houseguest who won’t leave. I’ve learned that fear is like my personal growth GPS. It’s a sign that I’m stepping into uncharted territory, pushing my limits, and basically levelling up in this game called life. I’ve learned to throw a little party for my fear instead of trying to kick it out. It’s like, "Oh hey, fear, you showed up again? Cool, let’s roll with it." It’s part of the deal, and now I see it as a high-five that I’m on the right path. Every time I face that fear, I come out stronger, more confident, and like a superhero in full costume—ready to take on whatever comes next.

Fear doesn’t stand in my way anymore. Nope. Now, it’s my personal cheerleader, pushing me to take bold steps and serve others like a boss.

How do you stay motivated when the going gets tough?

I’ve always been driven, but I used to struggle with boredom. As a Life Path 5, I’d start many things but often not finish them, because I craved novelty and excitement. Over the last year, though, I’ve learned something called discipline, and it’s completely shifted my approach. I’ve realized that when something feels boring, it doesn’t mean I need to abandon it—it just means I need to find a new way to approach it. So now, when I hit that boredom wall, I get creative. I change the way I execute, adjust my perspective, and look for new ways to make it engaging again. That shift has been a game-changer for me, and it keeps me moving forward, even when things get tough!

How do you handle setbacks or moments of doubt?

When setbacks or moments of doubt hit, I try to remember that it’s normal—it happens to everyone, even the most successful people. I allow myself to feel the frustration or uncertainty, but I don’t let it control me. I take a step back, breathe, and remind myself why I started in the first place—what's at the core of my purpose.

I also look at how far I’ve come. We often forget to celebrate the small wins along the way, but remembering them helps put things in perspective. And if something’s not working, I don’t see it as failure—I see it as an opportunity to try a different approach.

I stay flexible because life rarely goes exactly as planned. If something’s not working, I switch gears and see it as a chance to grow. Staying focused on the bigger picture and trusting that I’ll figure it out is key. And hey, even when things go sideways, it’s just part of the ride!

What’s a book or resource that has deeply impacted your journey or way of thinking?

"The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz

What is the one tech support you couldn't live without?

The one tech support I couldn’t live without? Google Home, hands down! It’s my personal assistant, my virtual organizer, and honestly, a life-saver. But I could do without her turning into a nosy neighbour. You're deep in conversation about your favourite book, and suddenly, “I didn’t quite catch that, could you repeat?” pops up. Like, girl, I wasn't talking to you!

What is one management support you can't live without?

One management support I can’t live without? Honestly, I don’t have one—I’m pretty good at managing things on my own. A little help from Google Home personal assistant goes a long way, though. Between reminders, alarms, and quick searches, it keeps me on track.

I thrive in a little chaos if I’m being honest. I don’t need everything perfectly planned out. Life’s a little more exciting when I’m riding the waves, juggling things as I go. I’m a fan of the "organized chaos" vibe—it keeps me energized!

How do you feed your creativity?

I feed my creativity by living—immersing myself in the highs, the lows, and all the beautifully messy moments in between. As a highly sensitive person, everything around me fuels my creativity: the way the sunlight hits the leaves, the depth of a heartfelt conversation, or even just the quiet moments of reflection. I pick up on the world’s energy, and that sensitivity gives me a unique lens to create from.

I lean into my emotions, let myself feel deeply, and use it all to inspire my work. It’s like a constant flow of ideas and stories bubbling up from within. Being in tune with life’s subtleties helps me transform everyday moments into something meaningful, and it keeps my creative spirit alive and well.

I pour my creativity into my Substack, whether it's through the podcast or the blog.
