What is the hardest part about what you do?

Navigating my family life and the time it takes to start a business. I’d love to skip all the paper work and just help people. Wanting life to slow down and things to move faster at the same time is a wild thing to navigate and stay grounded while doing it.

What is the all-time dream part of your job? The thing you still pinch yourself that you get to do? And, tell the people how often you actually get to do it.

Watching someone embrace their life and start living in their authentic self. Being the person who gets to see them even when they are struggling to see themselves is one of the most humbling experiences. I get to be a part of someone’s story someone that helps them grow beyond their current stuck is so flipping cool.

If you could tell your Day 1, starting a biz self one thing what would it be?

Don't stop failing, if you aren't failing at something you aren't learning growing or putting yourself out there. All those fails are what are helping you find exactly where you are supposed to be. You are doing amazing and I love you so much for taking a chance on me.

Someone wants to get into Life Coaching. What advice - from an expert - would have saved you a lot of time, sweat, and tears?

Don't stop learning about yourself and your own journey. We often get into this line of work to help people and sometimes we do it to avoid the work we need to do on ourselves. So get strong in your own self-care boundaries and vision. Then show the fuck up in that cap I know you wear and help people realize everything they are made of.

Fun fact about you?

I hate this question lol . I think all my facts are fun unique facts and make me me! From the side of bed, I sleep on (laying on the right side) to the fact that I don't like bugs but could spend every night in my pop-up camper with my kiddos making memories.
